Eagala's professional designations recognize individuals and programs that have chosen to pursue additional training, experience, and demonstrated commitment beyond the core requirements of Eagala Model certification.

These designations help members identify specialized expertise, strengthen professional connections, and provide greater confidence to clients, referral partners, and organizations seeking practitioners with advanced knowledge or experience in specific areas of practice. As Eagala continues to grow, additional designations will be introduced to recognize emerging areas of specialization and professional excellence.

Advanced Certification Designation

The Eagala Advanced Certification Designation recognizes practitioners who have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to professional growth, continued learning, and excellence in applying the Eagala Model. Building upon the foundation of Eagala certification, Advanced Certified practitioners complete additional education, mentoring, and competency-based requirements designed to deepen their knowledge, refine their skills, and strengthen their ability to facilitate complex experiential work.

Advanced Certification reflects more than additional training; it represents an ongoing commitment to lifelong learning, professional excellence, ethical practice, and advancing the quality and integrity of the Eagala Model throughout the global community. It also provides clients, referral partners, and fellow practitioners with confidence that these professionals have pursued a higher level of development within the Eagala Model.

Individual Designation

Military Services Individual Designation

The Military Services Individual Designation recognizes Eagala Certified members who have completed additional training and demonstrated experience working with military culture, Veterans, active-duty service members, and military families. The designation signifies a commitment to understanding the unique experiences, challenges, and strengths of military-connected populations while providing services that reflect Eagala's standards of ethical and professional practice.

This designation also helps strengthen collaboration within the Eagala community by making it easier for members, referral partners, and organizations to identify practitioners with specialized military experience. The designation remains active as long as the member maintains current Eagala certification and fulfills applicable designation requirements.

Program Designation

Military Services Program Designation

The Military Services Program Designation recognizes programs that have met Eagala's standards for serving military-connected populations through qualified personnel, organizational readiness, and established quality assurance practices. These programs include at least one Military Services Designated practitioner and demonstrate a commitment to providing consistent, high-quality services aligned with the Eagala Model.

Military Services Designated Programs are included in Eagala's referral network, may be eligible for military-focused funding opportunities, and participate in a collaborative community dedicated to sharing resources, strengthening programming, collecting meaningful data, and advancing the Eagala Model for Veterans, active-duty service members, and military families.
