Certification Renewal Requirements

Eagala Certification is renewed every 2 years. Twenty hours of Eagala-approved continuing education is required for renewal.

  • Every four (4) years, which reflects two (2) renewal cycles, members must attend an in-person training event.
  • Attendance at an Eagala International Conference extends the in-person requirement by another two years.
  • Members may attend an Eagala conference as their in-person training event, fulfilling the requirement for one more renewal cycle.

In-Person Training Options

Fundamentals Training

Currently certified members can attend the Fundamentals training at a discounted rate.

Skillsets Training

Deepen your learning and practice with a Skillsets training, including Skillsets: Intensive and Skillsets: Group Work.

Prerequisites:

  • Completion of a Fundamentals training
  • 20 hours of Eagala work with individuals/groups

Eagala International Conference

Attendance at an Eagala International Conference extends your in-person requirement by another two years and may fulfill the requirement for one additional renewal cycle.

Ways to Earn Eagala Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Independent Study Program

Eagala’s Independent Study Program is provided as a continuing-education option for members who are outside of their in-person training cycle and are unable to attend Eagala Approved hands-on experiential trainings, conferences, or virtual offerings.

Mentoring

Eagala’s Mentoring Program includes individual mentoring, business mentoring, and Advanced Certification Track mentoring.

Mentors include seasoned, enthusiastic Eagala members who have demonstrated proficiency in the arena with clients as well as sustained, longstanding EAP practices. Mentoring can be done individually or with your team upon request.

Networking Group Events

Eagala has approved networking groups worldwide. Similar to Rotary meetings, members can attend an Eagala networking meeting anywhere.

Webinars

Eagala offers both live and previously recorded online webinars for continuing education. The twice-a-month Eagala Education Hour is a live webinar that is recorded and made available to individuals who did not participate live.
