Organizational Governance

Eagala's bylaws establish the governance framework that guides the organization and supports its mission. They define the roles and responsibilities of the Board of Directors, outline organizational governance and decision-making processes, and help ensure accountability, transparency, and responsible stewardship of the organization.

The current Bylaws were approved by the Eagala Board of Directors on June 27, 2026, and reflect the organization's ongoing commitment to sound governance, ethical leadership, and the long-term advancement of the Eagala Model and the global community it serves.
