Getting Started in MemberClicks
Welcome to Eagala’s new member platform.
Welcome to MemberClicks
We’ve officially moved to our new member platform — MemberClicks. This is where you’ll now find member resources, community forums, training registrations, event information, community updates, your invoices, and all future communications.
If you’re here on this website page, congratulations! You’re on the “front porch” of the MemberClicks “clubhouse.” Now, we need to bring you in the front door. So, let’s get you logged in.
How to Get Logged In
- Watch the brief how-to-log-in video.
- Complete your MemberClicks setup.
- Use the same email address that you always use to log in to your Eagala account.
- Reset the password as shown in the video.
- Celebrate — you’re in!
- Challenges? Email Glenna for help.
Really Important
Once you’re logged in, you will not see your continuing education units/history. Do not worry. Eagala has this information, and it will be migrated from the old platform to the new platform over the next several weeks.
Your certificate is not yet loaded onto the new platform. It is coming. If you need your CEU transcript or your certificate right now, please contact Glenna.
Otherwise, simply pause. Eagala is steadily adding both CEU history (“Legacy Continuing Education”) and certificates to member profiles. When all CE legacy history and certificates have been transferred over, Eagala will announce it in the weekly Word in the Herd.

Why Activation Matters
All member communications and updates will now be sent exclusively through MemberClicks. Members who haven’t activated their accounts WILL miss important information.
Members who have already onboarded are loving the improved experience and easier access to resources.
We look forward to seeing you in MemberClicks, and we appreciate your patience during this transition.
The Eagala Team
P.S. Know another member who might be out of the loop? Please encourage them to activate their account as soon as possible.
Not getting the weekly Word in the Herd e-newsletter? Check your junk folder, spam folder, etc. Search for “Word in the Herd” in your received emails. Still don’t see it? Contact Glenna.
