Ethics & Professional Standards
Professional excellence begins with ethical practice.
At Eagala, our Code of Ethics reflects our shared commitment to integrity, professionalism, respect, accountability, and the well-being of both the people and horses involved in the Eagala Model. More than a set of standards, it serves as a guiding framework for how Eagala members conduct themselves, make decisions, and uphold the trust placed in them by clients, colleagues, and the communities they serve.
All Eagala members are expected to adhere to the Code of Ethics as a condition of membership and professional certification. To support these standards, Eagala maintains an established ethics review process and grievance procedure designed to address concerns fairly, thoughtfully, and consistently. Together, these resources help preserve the integrity of the Eagala Model while promoting ethical practice, professional accountability, and the highest standards of care throughout the global Eagala community.
