4. Payment Terms

Membership dues, event registrations, and other fees are due as stated at the time of purchase. Recurring ACH memberships will continue until canceled in accordance with the authorization agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagala shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use.
